Application Fee is $55- If approved your application is good for 6 months and can transferred to another property of similar value, at no additional charge.

Please note: There is a $100 processing fee for all assistance programs once application is approved. This includes Section 8, Graham Housing, HUD, Vaya, Community Link, etc.
