Quaint, two bedroom, two bath pool home. Located just minutes from the beaches, shopping, boating, fishing and restaurants with numerous golf courses in the area. Sit out around the heated pooli to enjoy those laid back mornings with a cup of coffee or enjoy dinner in the evenings. Rest on the spacious king bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The back yard also has it's own fruit tree!! This home currently does NOT have a pool cage. It does have a vinyl privacy fence around the pool.

Electric Capped at $150 and water capped at $75.

NOTE: We only require owners to carry internet. Some properties may or may not have cable. Other charges may apply (ex. Taxes, etc.. ) We do not do showings on short term rentals as we usually have tenants occupying. We do monthly minimum rentals. Months start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month. (UNLESS dates available show otherwise)
