For the price you get a brand new condo! Very nice apartments, mostly condos around so your neighbors are very nice. Location could be better, but hey, can't complain!

Having lived here for a while, I can say they are nice because of the distance from UWM. Decent apartments overall, very affordable. Would recommend!
