A : There are a lot of fun things to do! If you like museums, there are a few including the Tallahassee Museum of History and Natural Science, the Tallahassee Antique Car Museum, and the Museum of Florida History. There are always great sporting events happening at FSU. Also, Club Downunder (run by FSU students) is a fun place to go to for shows. It's also free for FSU students.

Good location, friendly staff
By: Amanda Payne on August 31, 2015
This apartment complex is ideal for students, as it\'s right off the main road that leads to FSU which makes the commute very easy. The staff is friendly and attentive. There is a business center where you can access computers and print out assignments. There are two swimming pools. Overall noise levels are generally pretty low. The price is on the higher side, but the grounds and interior are more upscale than a typical student housing neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend this property to a friend.

Love the fact I can Bring my dog
By: Melody Luciano on March 18, 2015
This was the only reasonably priced apartment in the area that accepted my Chihuahua. It is a good amount of space and very well kept. It is also very close to my classes.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
By: Kenzie Fitzpatrick on March 5, 2015
Jackson Properties steals your money, let's your apartment get broken into, doesn't make sure your apartment is safe and secure, and ignores your phone calls and emails. You are just a bank account to them. Maintenance LEFT MY APARTMENT DOOR UNLOCKED for anyone to come burglarize my apartment. They also never leave maintenance cards to let you know that they have been there because they are unprofessional. Maintenance has also came to fix my window that was attempted to be broken into a month ago, without even so much as knocking on my front door. Instead, at 8am, they start banging around and thinking you are being broken into again. (I was home during an attempted break in at this apartment a month ago) The staff doesn't respond to your emails until you actually show up at the office. One staff member doesn't even know that you are a current resident and asks in an email if you'd still like to see the property. Again, you are just a bank account that will be used and abused. This is the worst I've ever been treated. I am trapped in a lease and no one at this property cares for your well being or safety. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

Definitely one of the best apartments in Tallahasee
By: Jane Williams on January 21, 2015
I have been living here for about five months but this apartment is awesome! My favorite thing about living here is the proximity to campus! I can jump out of bed and run to class. The weekly events are also a nice touch. I plan on resigning my lease because I don't want to live anywhere else.
