You’ll find us directly adjacent to UCSB’s main campus, close to lecture halls and athletic venues. Each of our 50 furnished suites offers more personal living space than a traditional dorm room, with three bedrooms, a living room and two private bathrooms. You have your choice of single, double, triple and quad occupancy bedrooms—and we help you find roommates with our roommate matching service. It’s easy to meet people when you live at Del Norte. Our Resident Assistants organize dozens of get-togethers every month. Or get together with your friends at our onsite café, where it’s all you can eat, with unlimited all day dining. Our resort-style amenities include a 27-seat movie theater, rec room, fitness center, heated pool, and 24-hour quiet study lounge. Your room, on-site meal plan, light housekeeping and utilities, and high-speed WiFi are all included in one easy monthly payment.
