* I work from home, so I'm seeking someone who works outside the house (no remote workers, please).
* I have a sweet cat, so you must be pet-friendly! You're welcome to bring one cat.
* I'm LGBTQ+ friendly and welcome all respectful individuals.
* No smoking is allowed anywhere in the hoe.
* Seeking a minimum 6-month to 1-year lease.
