Security Deposit equal to one month rent

We are pet friendly with breed approval and nonrefundable pet fees as follows.

• Pet Nonrefundable fee $300 per pet (pets over 75 pounds $500)

• Monthly Pet Rent $25 per pet (pets over 75 pounds $50)
