The basement is separate from the upstairs and has a private entrance, which is shared with the other tenants, along with the kitchen & laundry room. Comes with fast/unlimited WIFI internet, washer & dryer. Shared living area with other roommates. The basement is neat and clean. Rent $750 + utilities $50 for a total of $800 per month with a $300 refundable deposit. Stable job required, no smoking but alcohol is fine, no pets allowed, no evictions, no criminal history, no pets. Must pass a current/new rental background check.
