Suite does not have a full kitchen there is a full size refrig, Keurig coffee maker, Primo hot/cold water dispenser & counter top toaster oven/air fryer/convection oven, Microwave. We are located in the country, minutes to downtown Salem. There is wildlife & farm animals around us. We have chickens in the back of the property & a 80 lb black lab mix dog. $1,400/mo with all basic utilities included. We do require renters insurance & $300 cleaning fee before move out.
