Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable deposit and month fee: Large dogs over 50lbs are $250 deposit and $50/month per pet. Small dogs and cats are $150 deposit and $25/month per pet. Service animals are allowed at no cost but we must have proper documentation on file.

McBee Properties does accept housing vouchers from Independence and Kansas City! We also work closely with the Community Service League and other local rental assistance programs.
