Welcome to your apartment. Cook an artisanal meal in your fully equipped kitchen. Have an all-night philosophical debate with your roommates in the living room. And when you need a little privacy, head to your spacious bedroom with its own attached bath.

Not sure who to live with? Talk to us about roommate matching. And don’t sweat the small stuff. We keep shared living simple with individual leases by bedroom and pass-through utility billing.

At The Blake, we have everything you need to get the most out of college—and it’s all within easy reach. When it’s time to study, our spacious apartments and 24/7 study lounge make it easy to focus on your own or collaborate with classmates.
