Funky little place close to lake
By: Alex on March 20, 2015
For a person who loves the lake, this was perfect, as it's only a short walk away from all the wonderful things Lake Mendota has to offer in the warmer seasons. Sleek and affordable apartments, with it's own rooftop terrace and grill, making it easy and enjoyable to have your friends over to check out your awesome apartment. It also has free-wifi and a fitness center; seriously, what more could you want?

Coolest place I've ever been in

I could not say enough about how often this place is! I mean, for huge groups, there's lofts, but you could just get singles too, if that's what you want. It has not one, but two, TWO fitness centers, free coffee and tea when it gets cold (basically the whole school year) and a media room that you can watch Netflix on a huge screen with friends in style. It's also right in the middle of campus, so class is never more than five minutes away!

Awesome place to live! I love that there's a basketball court and a fitness center right there so exercising is never a long journey! Really nice and high-class apartments in the heart of campus! Also, totally affordable for a college student, and you get nice space for the money you pay!

Coolest place on campus to live! So close to State Street, but in really nice fully-furnished apartments. If you don't have anyone to live with, you can have a single room or they'll match you up! You could even fit huge groups to live in there. Especially a great place to live if you're a presbyterian, as the Presbyterian church owns it. Right next to the Humanities building and the Helen C. White Library as well as Memorial Union, nothing is ever far away!

Awesome Place, Space worth Money!
By: Alex on March 20, 2015
I loved staying here! It's a nice walk from the hustle and bustle of campus, leaving you out of the way of the really loud and obnoxious noise, but close enough to be able to enjoy the restaurants. This rental offers spacious living spaces for affordable prices and has many other people around to make new friends with
