A : It looks like Barclay Heights has the least expensive one bedroom apartments in Indiana, PA! They are about $475. If you want a 4 bedroom apartment to split the rent among other people, Copper Beech has their 4 bedroom apartment at $1460 (split between 4 people would be $365 each).

A : These are individual leases, so the rates are per person!

The office staff is snarky and hateful. There are roaches really bad and they cant get rid of them. They make you pull all your stuff out of your cabinets every 2 weeks to spray pesticide that doesn't work. If anything is broken they dont care and wont fix it. There is holes in the walls outside and no screens on the windows. If you live upstairs the AC doesn't work and if you live downstairs there is no AC. There are tons of Housing Authority code violations and again they do not care and dont expect them to do anything about it. They will rent to anyone and the drugs and gang violence is so bad it is not fit to raise a family here. If you could give this place zero stars I would. The neighbors let their kids play and scream in the hall and mess with stuff that isn't theirs. The public laundry facilities are not kept up and the washers and dryers are use at your own risk. Also if you live in he bottom level I spoke to a resident whose apartment floods every time it rains bad. This place has been bought out twice in 5 years because no one wants it.

Worst Place I've Ever Lived
By: stephanie on November 18, 2015
I lived here from 7/2012 - 10/2015. When I first moved in, this complex was not owned by Robbins. When Robbins took ownership, the rent increased dramatically. We were given a gate, but no code to use for guests or if we did not have our gate key. The phone number system on the gate did not work correctly. Parking was limited and Robbins let students live in the complex, which led to crime and noise. Management was often rude and bad at communication. The complex did not warn us about construction on Rouse Rd, which lasted over a year. Apartments had cheap paint which came off when I cleaned the walls, they put in cheap carpeting that was extremely thin and prone to stains, and there were damages to the cabinetry when I moved in. I had ants in every room of the apartment, despite using their extermination services and cleaning diligently. Upon move-out, I was charged $647.97 for cleaning, pet damages, and carpet replacement. I have lived in five apartments and have never been charged a cleaning fee. I did not receive my deposit either.

Awesome Bella

Apartments in Las Vegas are beyond the Bella apartment. They are the boss of apartments in Vegas. Really excellent. I recommend Bella for the best.

Unethical and dishonest management.
By: dee on November 12, 2015
Unethical and dishonest management. Since they are conveniently located from the University, the students are treated as soft targets. They take 2 months rent as deposit when the state guidelines are for 1 month. Apartments are small and the overall condition and upkeep are poor. Unsuitable for families with children. We moved in an apartment with stained carpets, stained

Great Experience
By: Justin klepacki on October 5, 2015
Me and my friends had a great time at this apartment, the area is very nice and the people there were really kind and generous, I really appreciated the gym there that allows you to stay in shape. I would recommend these apartments to anyone a definite 5 out of 5

If this is your only option and you have a pet, make sure that you get a downstairs apartment. Otherwise, if you have an unreasonable downstairs neighbor that complains frequently you will be threatened with and perhaps ultimately EVICTED...despite the fact that your pet has been approved by management, is on the lease and they are collecting your pet rent. The "courtesy officer" can best be described as poorly trained. He will put you in direct confrontation with a complainant, as opposed to doing his JOB and issuing a warning or citation. DANGEROUS!!! Additionally, staff is laughable, that is, when they're not being retaliatory. Maintenance is lacking and management is inept. The light outside of my unit was out since day 1. It took 6 weeks and threats of legal action to get the light fixed. Blinds have been in poor condition since moving in and STILL NOT REPLACED. Shoddy, paper thin construction. Friends have been stalked leaving my apartment, car burglaries, stench of marijuana coming from apartments, wet sidewalks covered with green slime, air conditioner parts lying about the property AND I can confirm the previous reviewers claim that indeed the complex is ripe with the smell of feces due to residents not cleaning up after their pets. In summary, UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY.

If you like amenities...

This apartment complex is pretty great. The meditation garden was my favorite. I always felt safe and it was one of the cleanest places I've lived.

Large Living Spaces
By: Elizabeth on September 30, 2015
I stayed in a 4/4 apartment for a year and there was so much space to spread out! Nice big living room, full kitchen, and handy washer/dryer included. Also there was so much space to use outside of your apartment. I hung out in the nice big lounge, fitness center, pool, and basketball courts all the time. The location is convenient too -it was a breeze to take the bus to campus and a quick jaunt to the highway. All in all, I had a great experience with Lexington Crossing.

Fun but Loud
By: Carolyn on October 5, 2015
This was a nice place for my first year at ASU. The colors is what attracted me to the apartment. I had the studio and it was a nice size for what I paid. It\'s definitely for college students and the surrounding areas were loud most nights.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The manager, Amy Swoffor, is easily one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever come across. She is money-hungry and charges for damage that does not exist. She does not ever pick up the phone, or answer email. I had to resort to contacting corporate office because she is a horrible person to deal with. She is extremely rude and clearly has no experience. She doesn't care about her customers and has lied countless times. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY FURNISHED APARTMENT IN LAWRENCE. The Connection and Reserves are great places for students to live. These apartments are a lot better at managing and provide a pleasant living environment.
