I lived in these apartments in College the rent is still pretty similar in price I thought they were a good value for the price and clean. The two story town home style has a nice floor plan as well.

Good Place, Minor Problems, Likely Best in Town
By: Delany Henningsen on July 1, 2015
I've currently been living in my 1-bedroom apartment for a few months over a year. Pros: I loved that they have washers and dryers in-apartment. My apartment supposedly had new carpets upon move in, and they seemed plenty clean. When I moved in, the microwave was busted, and they quickly replaced it with a new one. When a light went out in my high-ceiling bedroom, they changed it quickly as well. The staff has been nothing but nice to me! Very friendly and happy to help (I usually only see them when I pick up my packages or pay rent, but they always remember me). The groundskeepers and maintenance folk are also very friendly, giving me a smile and saying hi if I ever pass them when I go outside. I love the little communal gym (1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 stationary bike and a weight-lifting machine that's new) and the indoor hot-tub/spa. It is also close to the bus stop for the bus that goes on campus and relatively central to food and stores and the school. I also love the community of the place. It is very quiet and safe-feeling, with friendly neighbors. Utilities except for electricity and internet are included. There is a decently sized storage unit with a light that I have found to be very useful. There is a ton of parking, so it is never difficult for me to park near my apartment. They shovel out the snow in the winter very well. The parking lots were recently redone and are very nice and smooth. Overall, I'm happy I moved here. Cons: The kitchen counters are old, pink, and are made of a material that stains easily. The cabinets are equally old and worn and torn and pink. Same goes for the bathroom sink counter and storage under it. The shower is plastic, so it stains easily and creaks when you use it. The tub is small. Somehow ants are able to get into my second-floor apartment during the summer, even with the windows closed. I can't seem to find where they are coming from, but cinnamon sprinkled over possible entrances keeps them at bay. For some reason my building's water heater is wonky: my shower gets very hot or icy cold with the slightest nudge of the knob, the bathroom sink gets the coldest, but also the hottest and I've burned my hands while washing them, and the kitchen sink takes forever to get hot, and then is too hot to wash dishes with bare hands. There also isn't a recycling bin as far as I can find. They have a trash bin that is emptied every week, but no recycling. The living room doesn't come with overhead lighting, and none of the switches are linked to the outlets on the wall, so it can feel weird walking in to a completely dark apartment and trying to find the kitchen lights. While they are pet-friendly, they have very strict guidelines. Anything that needs a cage or tank is not allowed (rodents, reptiles, birds), and they are very strict on the breed/weight/age/training of the dog you own. Getting the apartment was a little difficult, but the staff worked well with me. I just wish they would have told me I needed to set up electricity and how to do that before I could move in (it was my first apartment where I needed to pay for it, so I didn't know). Because I have no credit built up, my deposit was very high. I hope I'm able to get most of it back as I take good care of my apartment. As a whole, this apartment is expensive. But based on what you get (kind service, a nice community center, in-apartment washer/dryer), I think it is the most cost-effective in Flagstaff (I have seen very dirty, ill-kept apartments with mean staff for similar prices). This is all I can think of for now. Final verdict: A nice place to live. College students live here, but they are respectful and quiet. There are a lot of amenities, which helps explain the price. But like with the other apartments in Flagstaff, it is still pretty run down (though they do a lot of renovations when they can). The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful to me. I'll update this or write a new review when I move out, detailing my move-out experience.
